Your First Visit: Clear Answers in About an Hour
Your visit includes a conversation and detailed history, a thorough examination, on-site X-rays when indicated, and a same-day review of the findings. Patients are asked to:
- Wear comfortable clothing; we’ll remove metal for X‑rays or provide a gown
- Bring your insurance card and a valid ID
- If your pain is from a car accident, bring photos of injuries and vehicle damage if you have them
Dr. Josh checks blood pressure and treats only if it’s safe. If chiropractic care isn’t the right fit, we’ll refer you to a suitable provider.
How Ongoing Care Works
Your first adjustment is a test of how your body responds to our care and treatment. On visit two, Dr. Josh sets frequency (typically two to three times per week) within a focused eight-visit care cycle. We re-exam at visit eight, measuring range of motion, reflexes, palpation, and leg/arm length to track progress. If you’re over 70% improved, we reduce frequency and add exercises and stretches; if not, we reassess. No long-term contracts. Just care that fits your goals.
Costs, Insurance, and Getting Here
We’re in network with BCBS and UnitedHealthcare, and accept Medicare. Health savings accounts are welcome, and we take all major credit cards. We accept auto accident cases and work with attorneys; however, we do not handle workers’ compensation cases.
